Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to optimize accuracy and provide dynamic updates for Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Design and optimize RAG architectures using LangChain and LlamaIndex, integrated with vector databases (Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone).
  • Build data processing pipelines for extraction, indexing, and document retrieval from enterprise data sources (SQL, NoSQL, API, PDF, Email, Knowledge Base, etc.).
  • Integrate LLMs into enterprise applications, creating solutions such as internal chatbots and AI-powered process automation assistants.
  • Optimize LLM inference performance through quantization, model compression, vLLM, FasterTransformer to reduce operational costs.
  • Connect AI models with enterprise infrastructure via APIs and microservices systems.
  • Monitor and improve RAG system accuracy by enhancing the retrieval pipeline, ranking models, and query rewriting.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate LLMs into existing workflows.

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NLP/Chatbot.
  • Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, with strong understanding of prompt engineering, embedding search, and chunking strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one vector database such as Chroma, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
  • Experience in developing and deploying chatbot systems and integrating solutions with OpenAI.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI models in production environments is a strong advantage.
