Job Description:

  • Search for and approach Mini KOLs every month in the fields of Grocery, Health & Beauty.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with KOLs.
  • Support in compiling a list of suitable KOLs based on brand requirements.
  • Negotiate and discuss collaboration terms (commission, content, timeline).
  • Monitor the progress of KOLs' work to ensure it meets brand requirements (videos, livestreams, posts, etc.).
  • Creative content livestream for each session live like concept, main brief’s flow, etc.
  • Organize internal meetings and handle paperwork.
  • Report on work progress weekly/monthly.

Yêu cầu

Job Requirements:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Economics, or passionate about Marketing & Communications.
  • Basic knowledge in the KOL/KOC field: Preference for candidates with an understanding of the Grocery, Health & Beauty market (especially on TikTok).
  • Organizational skills: Able to prioritize, manage time effectively to meet KOL targets each month.
  • Communication skills: Skilled in working confidently and tactfully with KOLs at various levels.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • English: Communication skills in English are an advantage.
  • Full-time internship (3-6 months).
