Mô tả công việc

  • Take charge of full E-commerce & Social Commerce Affiliate Planning & Execution
  • Execute affiliate plan and continue improving the relationship with MCNs/Key affiliate partners to fully deploy the content execution and deliver monthly GMV targets
  • Co-work with Media Performance PIC to ensure the live optimization for content adjustment and budget management
  • Leverage data and market insights to identify key growth levers and translate them into strategic initiatives to drive creator adoption / commercial for the project
  • Monitor KOLs/KOCs performance and budget spending to ensure the affiliate performance runs efficiently
  • Track performance and report key insights to management

Yêu cầu

  • At least 02 years of experience in E-commerce or Social-commerce, preferred in Commercial, Campaign planning and merchandising
  • Experience in hands-on Affiliate related, influencing skill in dealing with MCNs and KOLs/KOCs for GMV creation and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with So-com performance & optimization with budget management skills
  • Project / Network management – PIC has hands-on experience managing agencies to create and deploy Affiliate MKT, managing with clear process view to operate in sync with S&OP
  • Stakeholder Management in an effective way not only to adapt with rapid growth of Affiliate but also ensure the internal process.
  • Having a good understanding & sensitivity towards Personal Care is a plus
