Accounting Intern (Nightshift - Onsite)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Daily conducting the invoice processing workflow;
• Daily processing credit card transactions into system;
• Weekly Accounting tasks such as prepare quality of earnings report, opening balance sheet report, joint venture distribution calculation report, online revenue reconciliation report, operating cash matching report;
• Quarterly Accounting task such as inventory counting process (night shift) and AR conversion;
• Other accounting tasks required by the clients;
• Preparing Excel documents for further analysis;
• Other ad-hoc tasks from management.

Must have:

• Fresh graduate major in Accounting and/or less than one year of working experience in Accounting
• Good English communication skills, especially writing and reading
• Can perform basic function on MS Excel
• Has knowledge of accounting principles and functions

WORK LOCATION: The District Tower, 159C De Tham Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 21h-6h (Mon - Fri).
