Position: Account Manager Executive Intern

Level: Internship (Full-time)

Location: Di An, HCMC (formerly Binh Duong) - near HCMC National University Village

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Account Managers in managing daily communication and coordination with clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and client solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, collect feedback, and support documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or client servicing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
