Summary
Responsible for driving business performance and product strategy for the air conditioner category through data driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive business results: Define and achieve annual business targets for the air conditioner category, taking full ownership of performance outcome.
- Lead category strategy: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to guide product line planning, new product launches, and PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) management.
- Build winning GTM strategies: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop annual channel marketing policies and go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong and effective execution.
- Shape product innovation: Work closely with R&D to identify market trends and define the medium- to long-term product roadmap that aligns with customer needs .
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in the air conditioner category or related product marketing roles.
- Strong market insight and sharp product sensitivity.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
- Literacy in Word – Excel – PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English, comfortable with using English as a working language.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Integrity – Problem solving skills and Teamwork spirit .
