Summary

Responsible for driving business performance and product strategy for the air conditioner category through data driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business results: Define and achieve annual business targets for the air conditioner category, taking full ownership of performance outcome.
  • Lead category strategy: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to guide product line planning, new product launches, and PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) management.
  • Build winning GTM strategies: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop annual channel marketing policies and go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong and effective execution.
  • Shape product innovation: Work closely with R&D to identify market trends and define the medium- to long-term product roadmap that aligns with customer needs .

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the air conditioner category or related product marketing roles.
  • Strong market insight and sharp product sensitivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
  • Literacy in Word – Excel – PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English, comfortable with using English as a working language.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Integrity – Problem solving skills and Teamwork spirit .
