3PL & Transport Management

- Negotiate contracts, service scopes, and pricing terms with 3PL partners to align with company targets and SLAs.

- Define, monitor, and evaluate 3PL performance through KPIs and regular business reviews.

- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans with 3PLs to enhance service quality, speed, and reliability.

- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment processes.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating systemic issues and driving corrective actions with 3PLs.

- Oversee onboarding and process alignment of new logistics partners across marketplaces and external platforms.

- Ensure all 3PL operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

- Maintain cost visibility and propose optimization initiatives.

- Work with platform and other partners logistics services to ensure timely and effective processes and operations results with our warehouses.

- In charge of inhouse truck operations and performance. Assess the need to expand, propose and execute as necessary to achieve the best cost/performance ratio.

- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related

- Experience in large scale manufacturing, distribution or ecommerce warehousing/project management is a plus

- Experience in 3PL or platform management is a plus

- Excel capability is a must
