Wholesale Manager

Overview:

Responsible for driving sales growth through wholesale channels by developing and maintaining strong

relationships with dealers and key retail partners. This role focuses on expanding market coverage,

supporting brand visibility, and ensuring sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the wholesale sales plan to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets.

• Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring effective launch plans and smooth roll-out across

new accounts.

• Maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular visits, training, and sales

support initiatives.

• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to implement brand-right displays,

promotional campaigns.

• Monitor account performance to ensure brand standards, pricing policies, and assortment

compliance are met.

• Analyze sales performance and provide input for strategies to expand market penetration and

product category growth.

• Manage pre-order planning and order processing to align with sales objectives and inventory

levels.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow from order to delivery.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or key account management

(preferably in retail, fashion).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a partnership-driven mindset.

• Good understanding of retail operations and brand merchandising standards.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Report to: Managing Director

Range Salary: 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 vnd/month

Commission: monthly (to be discussed)

Avenue: Dist.1 (Phường Tân Định)

Hours working: Mon - Fri ( 09:00 am - 18:00 pm)

Have 15 Annual leave and 6 sick leave days + Internal benefit + 13th salary
