Warehouse Executive (Data Analysis)

A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)

• Handle operations of the warehouse; including receipt, storage, providing, loading/ unloading and shipping materials, goods from input to output

• Maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations

• Lead and develop the warehouse team to support manufacturing operation and achieve common goals of organization

B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)

• Control and manage inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data of inventory system to ensure stock inventory exactly

• Setup layout and ensure the efficient space-utilization

• Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily warehouse operations by scheduling and assign employees, follow up on work results

• Coordinate and sharing resource and equipment between sections of warehouse (e.g. forklift, manpower, I.T equipment) to optimize warehouse resource and perform general warehouse goals

• Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse

• Enforce all company rules and regulations, maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, LEAN, 5S, Warehouse P&P, HR regulation and CRS policy

• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees

• Perform any other duties assigned by GM/ Logistic director

• University graduates (major in Business and Administration, logistic or supply chain management)
• At least 2-year experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
• Good proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
• Strong knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Good communication and listening skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good computer skills (Data analysis)
• Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Ability decision making quickly and problem-solving skill
