Job Description

Inbound:

- Receiving & checking inbound goods

- Goods receipt & Put-away.

Outbound:

- Goods issue material/ consumables

- Deliver material/consumables to Production

- Deliver material to Sub-contractor

Shipment:

- Packing

- Update packing data into SAP

- Follow to deliver shipment to DHL/Broker

Other taks:

- Collect & transfer proof of delivery to Finance

- Upload taken photo to laptop for recording

- Perform Weekly count & reconcile stock

- Perform Monthly count & reconcile stock

- Trouble shooting in SAP/WH issue

- Maintain other tracking data: Scrap , Excess product, ...

Requirements

- College or Bachelor's degree in Warehouse/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong system-oriented mindset

- Good understanding of inbound, outbound, and shipment processes.

- Familiar with inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.

- Experience using SAP systems is an advantage.

- Good command of English
