UX-UI Designer Tại Hà Nội

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.

- Discuss with the team to analyze and identify UX problems, regular review and refine UX/UI for improvement and refreshment.

- Work with the project team to illustrate new features and changes to app/web features by site maps, wireframes, and user flow diagrams.

- Collaborating effectively with product, technical and management teams.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio of confirmed examples

- Strong understanding and passion for design thinking and emotional design; clear focus on user-centered design principles

- Solid logical thinking with the ability to simplify complex workflows

- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar

- Strong visual design skills

- Open-minded, eager to learn, proactive.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

- Hardworking, committed, and able to perform well under pressure

- Knowledge of the financial or banking industry is a plus.
