Job Description

Manage Receptionist Team

  • Follow the appointments and delegation schedules, and implement the appropriate scheduling staff
  • Health check-up for reception and cashier, package creation, blood collection list
  • Update the health check situation, close the delegation list, make a detailed table for the health checkup
  • Create a Health checkup package, process voucher, blood code, reception form.
  • Receive customers, solve problems arising from the authority and delivery information to the supervisor, communication between departments;
  • Organize and follow staff schedule and submit reports for weekly accounting;
  • Professional training, communication skills, corporate culture for new employees
  • Instructions, reminders, test agent,...;
  • Examine and supervise the staff's mental and working attitude;
  • Arrangement of work schedule of Receptionist Team

Manage Cashier cum Insurance Claim

  • Perform payment, export invoice to customer.
  • Close list of health checkup group, check and export the records of the company's customers.
  • The end of the work shifts in conducting payments, checking revenues, and entering cash funds.
  • Report a debt to pharmacy.
  • Weekly, monthly revenue’s report.
  • The report counts the number of customers.
  • Exported invoice revenue report.
  • Report for monthly use and tally the number of daily vaccines.
  • Report the use of Invoice monthly/quarterly.
  • Report cash funds at the counter every day
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports (sales revenue, customer collation, bank transaction, ETC.) for direct management/Board of Directors or at any time required.
  • Arranging work schedules for the Cashier Team.

Requirements

  • Graduate from high school/undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Insurance
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisor/Management role
  • English fluency is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, card payment terminals).
  • Good at Excel
  • Dynamic, capable of processing information quickly.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
