This role offers a dynamic opportunity to be part of a world-class golf academy, gaining handson experience with top coaches and professional training methods.

The Teaching Assistant (TA) at EPGA plays a crucial role in supporting the coaching team and

ensuring a smooth experience for students and academy members. This role includes assisting in

golf lessons, translating for clients, engaging with academy visitors, coordinating events,

handling administrative tasks, and promoting academy services. The TA must be flexible,

proactive, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional golf learning experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coaching & Lesson Support:

• Translate lessons when required by the client or coach

• Support non-translated lessons as needed, ensuring smooth session delivery.

• Assist EPGA Teaching Coaches in delivering golf lessons.

• Prepare client details in the coaching software before lessons.

• Send video recap lessons to clients via Zalo as a lesson follow-up.

Client Engagement & Sales:

• Walk onto the driving range to help students, interact with members, guests, and visitors,

promoting EPGA services.

• Actively promote and sell golf packages, events, and memberships to academy clients

and students.

• Ensure clients utilize their lesson packages within the validity period.

Operational & Administrative Support:

• Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment, ensuring studios, teaching areas,

and equipment are stocked with drinks, towels, and necessary items.

• Work with the cleaning and operations teams to maintain high facility standards.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Head Coach or Managing Director.

Golf Development:

• Work closely with Head Coach, Operation Manager and Head TA to handle projects

about track, develop golf performance for EPGA Elite Team Players.

Skills & Abilities:

• Having a strong passion for golf is a huge advantage.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and

staff.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle various situations with limited

standardization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

• Have the ability to handle complex projects and work under pressure.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions:

• Working in the world-class golf academy facility at EPGA.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, humid, rainy).

• Working hours: Tuesday - Sunday to provide service for clients, off day is on Monday
