Responsibilities

Testing domain:

• Establish quality assurance process, quality control to ensure quality in projects

• Evaluate and analysis business, quality for assigned projects

• Have advance testing skill such as test plan, quality plan, guideline, process standard

• Have good technical skill such as database, testing tool, …

• Establish testing process, Proactive in quality control

• Good understand about automation to increase productivity

Management:

• Coaching and build test team

• Develop staffing plan, coordinate resource, evaluate performance employees.

• Organize regular and advance training, knowledge testing domain

• Perform quality measurement (monitoring, reporting, evaluating)

• Participate development process

• Good risk management

• More than 5 years’ experience with testing management

• Good understanding of testing processes and concepts

• Knowledge and experience in Test Management and Defect Management tool

• Knowledge of quality concepts in testing

• English/ Japanese speaking skills
