Job Description

  • Lead & Build: Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team, driving talent growth and performance excellence.
  • Design & Architect: Create robust, scalable, and secure systems to support business expansion.
  • Ensure Code Excellence: Enforce best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and optimize system performance.
  • Innovate & Optimize: Continuously enhance system reliability, automation, and scalability.
  • Collaborate & Align: Partner with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions.
  • Monitor & Maintain: Oversee system health, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years as a Tech Lead.

Strong experience in Frontend (React, Vue, Angular) & Backend (Node.js, Java, Python, Go).

Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.

Experience with high-traffic systems, real-time processing, and database optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Leadership & Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking & analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

Passion for mentorship & team development.

Business Mindset:

Ability to align tech solutions with business goals and drive impact.

Understanding of product lifecycle & agile methodologies.
