Job Description

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor development teams across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular).

• Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.

Hands-on Development

• Contribute to coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and performance.

Integration & Deployment

• Implement microservices, APIs, and integration patterns for OSDU and related systems.

• Oversee deployment on private cloud environments with containerization and CI/CD.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Solution Architect, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

• Support project managers in planning and risk mitigation.

Quality & Delivery

• Enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and performance benchmarks.

• Ensure timely delivery within aggressive project timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 6+ years in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Proven experience with OSDU platform and oil & gas domain is a strong plus.

• Strong background in cloud-native development, microservices, and API design.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java, .NET and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of data platforms, big data technologies, and security best practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
