Job Description
- Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Apply social media, AI tools, and sourcing techniques to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment through systems like LinkedIn and Workday.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally in FMCG or multinational environments.
- Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Able to start early and commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about people.
