Job Description

  • Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Apply social media, AI tools, and sourcing techniques to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment through systems like LinkedIn and Workday.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally in FMCG or multinational environments.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Able to start early and commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about people.
