Job Description

Supervising personnel recruitment for the Company, ensuring the recruitment meets the requirements.

  • Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments/centers.
  • Creating sustainable talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and techniques.
  • Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions using job boards.
  • Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes
  • Researching & applying digital to recruitment processes to enhance productivity.
  • Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
  • Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops, and recommending measures to improve employee retention.
  • Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Utilize cost-effective sourcing strategies, direct outreach methods, and innovative recruitment campaigns to attract high-performing candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Ensure all arrangements for new joiners are made and the appropriate people are informed;
  • Manage vacancies and candidate database and generate recruitment related reports;
  • Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
  • Others assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

  • 2 year of experience in talent acquisition
  • Prior experience or knowledge in recruiting for Education industry is preferred.
  • Communication in English
  • Be proactive, interpersonal, detail-oriented and passionate to learn.
  • Good problem-solving skills
