Supervisor - QMS Department

Ensure TCMV plant complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environment Management System.

1. Conduct Awareness Training and Certificate Internal Auditor ISO9001 & ISO14001.
2. ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 system Awareness, Standard Requirements & Internal Audit training to all levels of staffs.
3. Coordinate and support departments on drafting of procedures, regulations, work instructions, job descriptions, document registration & etc.
4. Coordinate with all departments for documentation update through review and revision according ISO9001 & ISO14001 system requirement.
5. Guidance to sections and/or departments, apply ISO 9001& ISO 14001 standard: apply procedures, regulations, rules, work instructions, forms & etc...
6. Establish yearly Internal Audit, Management Review & Surveillance audit schedule.
7. To conduct Internal Audit, Management Review & Surveillance audit
8. To report the finding of OFI/CAR duing Internal audit and Surveillance audit.
9. To monitor preventive action and corrective action.
10. To study & consider the ISO 9001 & ISO14001 system improvement plan.

• Qualifications:

Possessed a College degree / University degree specializing in Enviroment Management Engineering and have competent QMS background or equivalent

• Skill & Experience:

At least 01 year of working experience in the related field.

Strong computer skills. (Microsoft office)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.

Have been trained ISO Knowledge

Working time: From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 5:15 pm
