Job Description

  • BYFAS – the house of Vietnamese luxury silk & couture – is seeking an elegant and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our boutiques in Saigon.
  • Manage daily operations of a luxury boutique (Designer House, Pop-up, or Gallery).
  • Lead & inspire a Sales Consultant team.
  • Deliver a flawless 5-star client experience & maintain luxury visual standards.
  • Drive sales growth & build relationships with VIP clients.
  • Support fashion showcases & cultural events

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of store management experience in high-end sectors such as luxury fashion, jewelry, high-end cosmetics, or 5-star hospitality.
  • Leadership & Training: Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train and develop a team.
  • Professional Image: Elegant and professional appearance/demeanor (poise/style).
  • Customer Relations: Exceptional communication and customer care skills (or "clienteling skills").
  • Language: Proficient in conversational English (a second language like Japanese, Korean, or French is a plus/highly desirable).
  • Passion & Culture: A genuine passion for fashion, the culture of Áo Dài (Vietnamese traditional dress), and the art of luxury living.
