Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define and drive the end-to-end technical architecture for platform. You’ll lead design decisions across microservices, blockchain integration, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance for financial-grade systems.

This is a strategic hands-on role for a senior technologist passionate about building secure, high-performance systems in the digital asset space.

  • Define the system and integration architecture across cloud, blockchain, and application layers.
  • Lead design and review of microservices, APIs, and smart contract integration (EVM, Solana).
  • Own infrastructure strategy on Azure using Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform).
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to align architecture with business goals.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor engineers and enforce best practices in software design, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Evaluate emerging tech (ZKP, MPC, custodial services) for potential adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in solution/system architecture.
  • Proven experience with cloud-native design (K8s, IaC) and distributed systems.
  • Strong coding background in JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of EVM-compatible and Solana ecosystems, token standards (ERC-20/721/SPL), and Web3 integration.
  • Expertise in API design, DevOps, CI/CD, and security architecture.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
