Job Description

We are looking for experienced Service Desk Engineers/Desktop Support Engineers hands-on experience in IT support, system troubleshooting, and end-user assistance. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and be comfortable starting in a work-from-home setup, with the flexibility to transition to office-based work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
  • Handle user account setup, permissions, and access rights
  • Maintain incident logs and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
  • Provide remote support using remote tools as needed
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers when necessary
  • Maintain system documentation and inventory
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop/system support or IT service desk roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable with remote tools and IT ticketing systems
  • Preferred Industry Certifications (any of the following)
  • Communicate fluently in English for work exchange

  • AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
  • SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • MD-102: Endpoint Administrator
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
