Senior Product Owner

• Work with Leader & BOD to define and manage product roadmaps to achieve business goals and strategies.
• In charge of full product development tasks: analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, launching & monitoring all services on website/ mobile product & internal system.
• Collaborate with other teams in the company to break down business requirements:
  • Assist Development team in full implementation of new/ upgraded features.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to make product release plan for achieving targets.
• Involve in agile product management to ensure smooth implementation of the product plan/ roadmap.
• Create and assist in maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
• Monitor & analyze data (user, platform, traffic, etc…) and feedbacks to measure a product's effectiveness, make necessary improvements for better customer experience.
• Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements to propose new features/ services.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields
• 5 years of experience in a product management and technology strategy role
• Experience in product company, especially online platform is a big advantage
• Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in making decision by data-driven mindset, performance-oriented approach
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, BI tools).
• Passion for good product design & optimal user experience
• Proven experience leading product initiatives end-to-end and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• User & business needs understanding & ability to make it valuable products in reality.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior members in the product team
• Experience in Mobile Application Development is a plus
