Job Description
• Develop, implement, and lead the overall marketing strategy with a strong focus
on branding and expanding B2B partnerships globally.
• Manage, enhance, and maintain the company’s brand image across various channels (digital, social, PR, events, etc.).
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with partners, B2B clients, industry organizations, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Business Development, and other teams to create effective marketing campaigns tailored for each project or product.
• Analyze international markets, competitors, and industry trends to provide insights and strategic recommendations for product and marketing direction.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team (branding, creative, content, digital, partnership, etc.).
• Manage the marketing budget, optimizing cost-effectiveness across all channels and campaigns.
• Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance to the Board of Directors regularly.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience in marketing, preferably as a senior manager or head role at a product tech, fintech, or related company.
• Proven track record of successfully building/launching brands (branding) and implementing international marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience in establishing, maintaining, and developing B2B partnerships at regional or global scale.
• Deep understanding of international markets; preference for experience in the US, EU, Singapore
• Creative, proactive mindset with solid leadership and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Fluency in English is required).
• Preference for candidates with experience in marketing trading platforms, blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or other tech products.
