Senior Product Business Planner

1.Merchandise

• Business planner in term of OTB vs Business plan (Plan OTB, Pre-order)
• Inbound new shipment by template for Warehouse (Name, price, others attribute)

2. Product

• Manage & Control discount scheme all channels (Monthly review)
• Propose promotion scheme all channels
• Stock allocation and top up for all channels (Order & Top up & Return)
• Control sell out, stock level, sell thru by sku by channel
• Control margin by sku, by channel

3. Manage stock systems

• Created New skus on system
• Upload New stock on system
• Allocate stock on system (weekly Thursday for all Channels & New shipments & Retails)
• Transfer the goods at internal WH according to approved requests (Retail vs others channel)
• Set price, promotion for Retail Store (Setting the promotion by monthly for Retail Team)
• Reporting, lead project API with other systems

Kinh nghiệm phân tích số liệu & dự báo (business analysis, demand planning).

Kiến thức về tài chính – P&L (biết cách tính lợi nhuận gộp, ROI).

Hiểu thị trường & ngành hàng (consumer trend, đối thủ cạnh tranh).

Kỹ năng quản lý dự án & phối hợp liên phòng ban.

Kỹ năng Excel, Power BI, hoặc các công cụ BI.

Tiếng Anh để làm việc với đối tác, báo cáo cấp quản lý.

Mức lương cạnh tranh

Đóng BHXH Full lương.

15 ngày phép năm + 6 ngày nghỉ ốm
