Job Description

  • Market & Consumer Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to propose effective marketing and brand strategies.
  • Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and implement monthly/quarterly marketing plans, promotional campaigns, events, and communication activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Manage content and campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website), monitor paid ads, and track performance KPIs..
  • Content Creation: Generate ideas, write PR and social media content, and collaborate on producing images, videos, and POSM materials consistent with the brand identity.
  • Event & PR Coordination: Organize brand events, launches, and collaborate with media and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • F&B-Specific Projects: Support new product launches, menu development, and store expansion projects; monitor marketing budgets and campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B marketing, with strong understanding of food, beverage, and customer behavior
  • Required: Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and CCCanva.
  • Required: Strong content writing, communication, presentation, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Required: Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset with a creative approach.
  • Required: English proficiency (No test required; only proficiency tested)
  • Plus: Korean proficiency
