About the Role
The Senior Marketing Executive at iTechwx plays a key role in driving our marketing performance, with a strong focus on
lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a data-driven marketer who is handson, strategic, and capable of executing campaigns end-to-end across digital channels.
You will:
1. Lead Generation (Primary Priority)
• Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Email, SEO,
etc.).
• Build and manage marketing funnels to acquire qualified leads for key business units.
• Develop content and assets that improve conversion (landing pages, ads, gated content, nurture email sequences).
• Track, analyze, and report on lead performance; propose ongoing improvement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales/BD to ensure lead quality aligns with target profiles.
2. Brand Awareness & Customer Engagement
• Strengthen iTechwx brand visibility across digital platforms.
• Manage and grow social media channels with creative, engaging content.
• Coordinate PR activities, media outreach, and brand campaigns.
• Support internal communications and employer-branding initiatives when needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine messaging and positioning.
3. Campaign Management & Execution
• Build integrated marketing plans that connect paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets.
• Partner with design and content teams to develop high-quality materials.
4. Data & Performance Analysis
• Monitor campaign KPIs and marketing dashboards weekly and monthly.
• Provide insights to optimize ROI across all marketing initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles in IT industry
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO/SEM, social media ads, performance analytics).
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
