Job Description

  • Responsible for IT end user support in the main working location and supporting other offices when needed.
  • Monitor and report daily activities of the systems (healthy daily checklist) to ensure timely detection of system abnormalities.
  • Manage network, including employee ACL access control, router configuration, VLAN assignment, FW, AP, and other network components.
  • Install, manage, and troubleshoot software, hardware, call center, and network systems.
  • Allocate and manage accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  • Ensure the systems and applications are up-to-date and comply with security policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as the department requires.
  • Work on night shift (or out of working hours) if required by the team leader/supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of working experience in IT infrastructures, operations, or technical support environments.
  • Good English (In both speaking and writing).
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and DNS.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Application Support.
  • Practical experience with Hybrid AD.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and system hardening.
  • Proficient in Windows/Linux Server; able to perform basic server configuration and maintenance. Knowledgeable in AD Configuration (e.g., Group Policy, User, Computer, Group Management), DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.
  • Skilled in Exchange Server configuration and management.
  • Experienced in SCCM and MDM; able to manage devices, upgrade client systems, update virus definitions, and push customized applications.
  • Proficient in Windows clients (Win 10 & Win 11); able to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Experience in Intune & Defender for Endpoint.
  • Experience in Autopilot and its configuration.
  • Network Technology: Proficient in enterprise-level network technologies (such as Cisco devices), CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
  • Capable of managing and coordinating with telecommunication suppliers for network and telephone line setup and maintenance.
  • Process Development: Participate in the formulation and optimization of IT operation processes and emergency plans.
  • Supplier Management: Responsible for coordinating and managing IT suppliers and service providers.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work efficiently with team members and support business department operations.
  • Strong knowledge of information security and data protection; able to meet security requirements, apply strategies, and conduct vulnerability scanning.
  • Effective communication in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels, including communicating complex technical issues.
  • Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.

  • Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
  • 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
  • An employee who works at night (10 PM - 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance.
