Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs across IT functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams to deliver consistent recruitment experiences across regions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, talent databases, and networking to build strong pipelines.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor trends.
  • Ensure a high◦ quality candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, presenting insights to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/Tech recruitment within a global company.
  • Strong track record of managing recruitment across offshore, nearshore, and onshore models.
  • Deep knowledge of IT roles (software engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, etc.) and ability to engage with technical talent.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to a fast◦ paced, international environment.
