Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding
- Work with hiring managers on manpower needs & JD development
- Use multiple hiring channels: job boards, social media, referrals, events
- Conduct interviews & provide hiring recommendations
- Maintain & update the recruitment reports
- Organize job fairs, campus hiring & employer branding activities
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs & coordinate training programs
- Organize workshops, leadership development & skill-enhancement sessions
- Measure training effectiveness & support career path development
- Update HR policies, guidelines, org charts & improve HR platforms
People Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement programs & internal events
- Conduct surveys, analyse insights & recommend improvements
- Manage internal communications: announcements, newsletters
- Support onboarding: office tour, orientation, check-ins at week 1, month 1 & month 2
- Lead employer branding & CSR initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, specializing in recruitment, engagement & L&D.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva & AI tools.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build strong cross-level relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and strategic in problem-solving.
