Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding
  • Work with hiring managers on manpower needs & JD development
  • Use multiple hiring channels: job boards, social media, referrals, events
  • Conduct interviews & provide hiring recommendations
  • Maintain & update the recruitment reports
  • Organize job fairs, campus hiring & employer branding activities

Learning & Development:

  • Identify training needs & coordinate training programs
  • Organize workshops, leadership development & skill-enhancement sessions
  • Measure training effectiveness & support career path development
  • Update HR policies, guidelines, org charts & improve HR platforms

People Engagement:

  • Plan and execute engagement programs & internal events
  • Conduct surveys, analyse insights & recommend improvements
  • Manage internal communications: announcements, newsletters
  • Support onboarding: office tour, orientation, check-ins at week 1, month 1 & month 2
  • Lead employer branding & CSR initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, specializing in recruitment, engagement & L&D.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva & AI tools.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build strong cross-level relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and strategic in problem-solving.
