Senior Graphic Designer (Sign-On Bonus)

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop a cross-channel visual strategy
• Develop templates for all external-facing materials
• Create visual elements used across our web properties and all other digital formats.
• Combine various colors, shapes, and typography
• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics
• Stay up-to-date with the design trend

• Good English communication skills - written and verbal.
• 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding and passion for the importance of design thinking; interest in emotional design.
• Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud - Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to give and take constructive feedback from colleagues and capable of interpreting feedback into design solutions.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Has an expert eye for details - layout, design consistencies, spacing, etc.
• Can work closely and collaborates with developers and UI/UX Team.
• Self-directed, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

[Nice to have]

• Knowledge in animating prototypes, wireframes, and web content.
• Knows how to animate using Premiere and After Effects
• Expert level in illustration, design, creating the layout, logo creation, animation (is a plus).
