Job Description

  • Build and launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using Braze or SFMC.
  • Apply advanced personalization with Liquid, AMPscript, or similar languages.
  • Develop automated customer journeys with detailed segmentation and targeting logic.
  • Manage end-to-end execution: QA, testing, scheduling, monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data teams to use customer insights and behavioral data for segmentation.
  • Work with APIs and integration tools to ensure accurate data flow and customer profiles.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy and email regulations.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and retention.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable recommendations

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Up 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Canvas, Automation Studio).
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS and familiar with scripting languages (Liquid, AMPscript).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, data integrations, and MarTech tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in QSR, retail, or large consumer brands.
  • Advanced Liquid or AMPscript skills.
  • SQL knowledge for segmentation/reporting.
  • Experience with CDPs (Segment, mParticle, Tealium).
  • Basic JavaScript and awareness of CRM best practices.
