About the Role
Misen is seeking a Senior E‐Commerce Graphic Designer with strong English communication skills to lead and execute creative design projects that shape our e‐commerce brands. You will not only design visually compelling assets but also guide the creative direction, mentor junior designers, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong portfolio, proven experience in digital design for e‐commerce, and the ability to balance creativity with conversion‐focused design principles.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and creative direction for multiple e‐commerce brands.
- Produce high‐quality marketing assets including web banners, social media visuals, email templates, ad creatives, and product images.
- Oversee website design elements: homepage, landing pages, PDPs, and promotional campaigns.
- Translate English creative briefs into innovative, conversion‐driven design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Mentor and review the work of junior and internship designers, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity.
- Monitor design performance, A/B test creatives, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and innovations in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related fields.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in e‐commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in English – able to read briefs, present ideas, and participate in discussions in English.
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; strong skills in Figma or other design collaboration tools.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Strong creative vision with a portfolio showcasing conversion‐focused designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
- Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with cross‐functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for Shopify or other e‐commerce CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, short‐form video content, or animation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for design and digital content.
