Job Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure (mainly on AWS) to support

    automation and AI-based workloads.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve delivery

    speed.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
  • Set up and optimize container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes for

    high-availability environments.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,

    CloudWatch) to ensure observability and uptime.
  • Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, and AI teams to integrate DevOps

    practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Apply security and compliance standards, ensuring data safety and stable

    infrastructure.
  • Continuously improve automation, scalability, and deployment processes to support

    product growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

    experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud

    Infrastructure.
  • Solid experience with AWS and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
  • Strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized production environments.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
  • Good scripting ability with Python or Go for automation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a

    fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting AI or data-processing workloads (GPU orchestration, model

    training pipelines).
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps or cloud security practices.
  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud setups.
