Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and optimized customer journeys across CRM platform, including NPS measurement and customer feedback loops
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Analyze journey analytics and customer behaviors data to propose data-driven solutions for campaigns optimization
  • Liaising with BI to provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/by-campaign reports in time.
  • Setup and manage in-app engagement initiatives including Challenges and other gamifications features to drive user participation

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 - 2 years’ work experience in CRM management, data analysis, digital marketing or similar.
  • Must be comfortable in the use and analysis of data.
  • Prior hands-on experience with CRM channels, such as: Push Notification, In-app Message, Email Marketing, ZNS, …
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on with those ideas.
  • Having the experience of using CDP & CRM tools (like Clevertap, Insider) is a plus.
