Job Description
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth for networking and backup storage products (e.g., NAS, SAN, cloud backup, switches, routers, firewalls).
- Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities through direct customer engagement and channel partners.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate the SMB/SME sector.
2. Account Management
- Build strong relationships with existing and new SMB/SME clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
3. Channel & Partner Engagement
- Work closely with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Conduct product training, provide sales tools, and support partners with technical and business proposals.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns tailored to the Vietnam SMB/SME market.
4. Market Intelligence & Product Positioning
- Stay updated on networking and storage market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
- Position solutions effectively against competitor offerings.
5. Forecasting & Reporting
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting of activities, pipelines, and opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to manage accounts, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
6. Customer Support & Satisfaction
- Ensure that customers receive appropriate product support and service.
- Address escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Male/female, age 24 - 45, good-looking, confident communication.
• College degree or higher in Economics or related fields.
• Experience in IT project business (especially system and networking solutions).
• Work location: Nguyen Lam Building, 133 Duong Ba Trac, Ward 1, District 8, HCMC
