- About the Job
The Senior Account Executive plays a vital role in supporting key client accounts, managing campaign execution, coordinating with field teams and suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, in full, and within budget.
This position serves as the execution backbone of the Field Force business — ensuring operational accuracy, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between the client, internal teams, and external partners.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Coordination
- Support KAM/KAD in managing day-to-day operations of client projects.
- Prepare and follow up project timelines, implementation plans, and checklists.
- Coordinate with Field Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor field team performance and report daily/weekly progress.
- Ensure all campaign materials, POSM, and tools are delivered on schedule and in proper condition.
2. Reporting & Data Management
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from field teams.
- Prepare reports for client submission (coverage, visibility, sales, audit, etc.).
- Ensure data timeliness ≥ 95%, report accuracy ≥ 98%.
- Work closely with the Data/BI team to enhance dashboard updates and reporting efficiency.
3. Client Service Support
- Support in client communication, responding to inquiries, and preparing presentations or proposals.
- Attend client meetings and document meeting notes, next steps, and follow-ups.
- Maintain excellent client relationship through professionalism and responsiveness.
4. Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist KAM/KAD in preparing quotations, POs, and vendor coordination.
- Track project costs, ensure budget variance ≤ ±3%, and submit liquidation documents on time.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
5. Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas.
- Support training or onboarding for new AEs or field team leaders when required
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in Account / Senior Project Executive roles (Activation, Field Force, or FMCG agency).
- Proven experience managing nationwide or multi-province projects.
- Familiar with budget control, field reporting, and vendor coordination.
Skills:
- Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
