Job Description

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met

effectively.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored

solutions.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Campaign Execution & Project Management

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless

execution of campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insightful reports to clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign-related issues proactively.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on market research.

• Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that align with client

objectives.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in campaign execution.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize value.

• Ensure timely invoices, payments, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services (preferably in

marketing, trade marketing, or advertising).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.

• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
