Job Description

• What would be Your Role and Responsibilities After Joining With Us ?

Responsible for the operation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions

※ What are the specific tasks of operating Solutions? Customer communication and inquiry handling/ Analyzing and designing customer requests/ Solution setup, configuration, and implemenation

You would also have some chances to do advanced jobs, such as..

Develop and Generate custom reports,

Participate in Design and Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors,

Design and Build interfaces with related systems,

Evolve into a full-fledged Solution Consultant

Requirements

[Required]

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or be in the final stages of completing their degree program.
  • Passion for Solutions and IT Technologies, and have a proactive attitude toward adopting new IT technologies. Possess flexible and effective communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • No specific major is required (Candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome.)
  • Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Proficiency in Korean and English would be considered as a competitive advantage.

[Nice to have]

  • Previous experience working in Korean IT companies or Korean-led projects.
  • Korean language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in cross-cultural teams.
  • Willingness to travel to Korea or other countries if the project requires.
