Job Description

  • Prepare periodic reports for support projects.
  • Attend meetings with clients and take meeting minutes.
  • Perform key tasks such as warranty support (handling requests arising after the Go-live phase), maintenance, and change requests.
  • Monitor and manage overall tickets.
  • Participate in Roll-out projects under the Customer Success (CS) Center.

Requirements

  • Preferably 4th-year students available for full-time work. Majoring in Management Information Systems, E-commerce, Industrial Management,...
  • Having studied and practiced ERP/SAP in university is a plus.
  • High standard of professional working attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Strong motivation to learn, with a clear career goal.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Good communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, quick learning ability, and high work intensity tolerance.
  • English proficiency: TOEIC 650 (4 skills) / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certifications.
