Sales & Marketing Specialist (Trade Marketing)

Job Description

- Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.

- Propose ideas, plans, implement & evaluate sales campaigns of Con Cungby categories

- Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign categories

- Managing and developing POSM

- All other tasks are assigned by the Sales Growth Lead/ Manager

Requirement

- At least 2-3 years in Trade Marketing

- Good communication, listening

- Be innovative and creative

- Ability to work under challenging and high-pressured jobs

- Good teamwork and cooperative spirit

- Dynamic working and pro-activeness at work and multi-tasking skills
