Job Description
• Build and nurture a network across clients, agencies and commercial partners.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and objectives to effectively identify solutions and
opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development,
to address client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them
achieve their goals.
• Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and engagement metrics, proactively
addressing any issues or concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear
communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance service
offerings and improve the client experience.
• Prepare and present reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders,
highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and
promoting additional products or services to existing clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management or account management,
preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
to client challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing
multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
