Product scope: Energy solutions, generator, ATS cabinet, synchronous cabinet, alternator,…

  • Achieve sales targets in line with team and company goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external stakeholders (customers, contractors, integrators).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical solution kick-offs, and consultation sessions with customers.
  • Develop a solid industry network including end-users, contractors, consultants, project owners, etc.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Be proactive in business development, including frequent travel for customer visits, site surveys, events, and market exploration.
  • Participate in sales activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement such as trainings, technical workshops, conferences, IoT demo events, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical equipment, industrial projects, machinery, MEP, HVAC systems, generators, construction machinery, or premium automotive sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales pipelines, manage accounts, and close deals in technical or industrial markets.
  • Strong business development mindset with excellent interpersonal skills — sociable, adaptable, and responsive in diverse business situations.
  • Customer-centric approach with the capacity to support both internal stakeholders (technical, production, logistics) and external partners (dealers, end-users, contractors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Resilient, service-oriented, and willing to travel frequently for client visits, market research, and project activities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
