Job Description

  • Participating in sales and marketing activities, such as: sales calls, business negotiations, quoting, operations, tracking service processes, and collecting payments.
  • Overseeing designated client portfolios, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities, maintaining positive relationships with clients for future business ventures.
  • Developing and implementing improvements to product and service delivery and process efficiency and quality.
  • Achieving group sales revenue and profit targets based on market budgets.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights to management.
  • Completing HERP system workflows. Other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in the tourism industry, with a focus on Middle Eastern and African tourism products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
