• Confidently present candidates to clients over the phone, successfully securing interviews based on recommendations.
• Manage the offer process with assurance, addressing counteroffers and negotiating packages for both candidates and clients.
• Support the integration of new team members by observing work practices and serving as a role model in recruitment and system procedures.
