Job Description

1. SALES ADMINISTRATION:

− Follow up the paperwork and process for contract, annex, liquidation, reconcile,

application, FOC process, KOL barter deal…

− Coordinator with other Department to support sales.

2. BUDGET MANAGEMENT & INTERNAL PROCESS:

− Follow up payment progress.

− Record all related expenses in the department, including Sales Promotion,

Marketing, Retail, Services and Logistic, … Collect data and report.

− Working closely with related departments and team members for all of internal

process.

3. OTHER TASKS:

− Support team members for the related task in campaign day.

− Perform additional duties as directed by the Line manager.

Requirements

1. Education background:

− Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration/ Economic/ Languages or related

majors.

2. Working experience:

− 1+ years of working experience in Sales Admin/Operations/ Ecommerce Admin or related role.

− Having experience in Home Appliances/ Consumer Electronics/ FMCG/ Ecommerce is preferred.

3. Skills:

− Proficiency in Chinese and/or English

− Expertise in using Excel, PPT, Word

− Strong Organization & Time Management

4. Others:

− Detailed Oriented, Multitask
