Job Description
In charge of Purchase order, Contract & Payment, DMS System and Customer service of assigned channels
- PURCHASE ORDER (PO):
- Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients
- Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report
- Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT
- Prepare & follow up sales contracts
- Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time
- CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment, feedback, sales scheme…
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
- Education background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business administration or related majors
- Working experience:
- At least 1 years of working experience in Sales Admin/ Support or related position
- Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English (Chinese is a big plus).
- Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Time management & organizational skills
- Others:
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work under high pressure
