Job Description
1.Team Management:
- Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor performance of the Sales Admin team.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance on sales administration and customer service.
2.Sales Support:
- Manage quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and sales-related documents.
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Supervise and validate price updates, including price increases, reductions, and internal/export price adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and approval processes.
- Support preparation of bidding documents, technical files, catalogs, and sales materials.
3.Customer Service & Technical Coordination:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Technical & Design Team to provide technical explanations, usage guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose improvements to enhance service quality.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Prepare periodic reports on sales administration activities, customer service, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to propose solutions for improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to optimize workflows.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or other related technical fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Good administrative tasks; well-organized, independently and problem solving skill.
• Good Computer skill (MS office – Work, Excel, PPT)
• Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written).
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and deadline meeting.
