Retail Associate – Upcoming Store

Job Summary:

Help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for business.

Main responsibility:

- Consulting customers about product features, pricing and after-sales services.

- Communicate customers about promotion events, discounts and special offers.

- Follow up order from receiving to delivery.

- Contacting to related departments to finish the order on time.

- Assisting in monthly inventory and production display.

- Customer service and solving problem in case customer complaints.

- Get and provide customer feedback to managers.

- Stay up-to-date with new products and services.

1. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the retail or hospitality industry.

2. Skills:

- Has a good sales and customer service skills.

- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills.

- Be able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.

- Prioritise candidates with backgrounds in luxury goods industry.

- Good appearance and English communication.

- Salary: 9 million + allowance, full benefits.

- Sales incentives: Based on the sales target achievement.

- Other allowance: Meals allowance, Uniforms, parking fee
