1. Training Program Management

✓ Take full responsibility for the production training program — from planning, design, and

execution to evaluation — for both internal and external training courses across all production

manpower levels.

✓ Develop and manage training materials, production training documents, and skill matrices to

ensure standardization and continuous improvement.

✓ Coordinate with production leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure training plans are

effectively implemented and aligned with operational needs.

✓ Conduct training and coaching sessions for Line Leaders to ensure compliance with company

rules, quality standards, and daily production plans.

2. Team Leadership and Development

✓ Lead and develop the Production Training Team, including Production Training Specialists and

Production Trainers.

✓ Manage the probation process for both direct and indirect production manpower.

✓ Promote a learning culture and drive continuous capability improvement within the production

team.



3. Production Line and Process Improvement

✓ Plan and manage new production line setups until achieving at least 50% efficiency.

✓ Lead the section’s Continuous Improvement (CI) activities to enhance training effectiveness and

production performance.

✓ Conduct internal audits and support customer audits related to training and production

processes.

4. Data Management and Performance Monitoring

✓ Take full responsibility for searching, collecting, and analyzing production data from all areas of

manufacturing to support performance improvement.

✓ Monitor and follow up on KPIs of assigned areas to ensure continuous performance tracking and

enhancement.

5. Other Responsibilities

✓ Perform any other job assignments as directed by the direct manager.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

2. 5+ years working experience in manufacturing, 1+ year of experience in the production training

leader position

3. Good presentation & communication Skills

4. Good at building up and motivate the team to achieve the goals.

5. Good analytical skills – be able to analyze data and information from different areas of the

business and come up with a summarized conclusion and agreement
